Storyline

Nate Buchanan, one half of the duo Kara and Nate, takes on his first “last man standing” format backyard-ultra in order to find his limit. In this race format, participants must complete a 4.167-mile loop every hour on the hour. Facing extreme physical demand and sleep deprivation, the Kara and Nate navigate the unique race format while managing their support station and race strategy to keep going as long as possible.
