Professional Shooto 2026 Vol. 6 took place on Sunday, September 27, 2026, at New Pier Hall in Minato, Tokyo, Japan. In the main event, Hikaru Aono made the first defense of her Shooto World Women's Atomweight Championship against Noa Tokumoto. In the co-main event, Haruki Kawakita put the Pacific Rim Bantamweight Championship on the line against Goki Nakano. The card also featured the opening round of the World Women's Strawweight Championship tournament.
