Watching: Promise

Overview

Mithran's quiet, unwavering devotion to Lakshmi survives family opposition and social pressure - and finally leads them to the altar. But marriage brings burdens neither anticipated. Unfulfilled promises and unspoken failures slowly erode their bond, until a single broken vow spirals into a chain of events neither can control. Consumed by guilt and the fear of losing everything he fought for, Mithran is pushed to a breaking point - and the promise that follows will change both their lives forever.
