Watching: Being Still

Overview

Following four photographers across Atlantic Canada as they slow time with glass plates and celluloid film, Being Still ponders patience, craftsmanship, and the importance of meaningful connection to place in an increasingly accelerated digital age. With a quiet, observational style, the film offers a thoughtful consideration on the enduring value of slowing down to truly see.
